I tried autoslalom a few years ago, I don't think I did very well, but would like to try again. Could someone get me up to speed about helmets and when a training course might be run?
I would try nav rally, but have neither partner or truly suitable car.

There's no real car requirement for a Navigational Rally. If your car can drive on the street its really good enough. For winter events you should have good snow tires, that's about it.

Hey!

You would need a Snell 2010 or greater helmet, we do have loaner helmets available at the event if you don't have one yourself. I'm assuming your car doesn't have a roll cage?

We sometimes do a school if we can obtain a lot, If not, you can come out to any event and we would be more then happy to help you!

Dates should be posted soon, Once we have them confirmed with the venue.

Okay, thank you. both
I'll try to find someone for the nav rally. I'm not trying my cousin because we got into an argument simply going from Truro to Dartmouth on #2.

It will be a straight street car for now. IIRC the loner helmets were overly large on me, even with a Balaklava. I'll send in my membership fee and keep my eyes open for dates.
