Thanks to everyone for making this event happen. It was a great day and a great season! I'm currently in that tired post rally haze but it won't be long before I start counting the days to July and the next event!

Thanks also to Nathan and Rob and all their crew/family to came up all the way from Maine. Glad you guys had a great day even if it didn't end optimally! Really hope to see you back in the future! We have some great roads for you!

RALLY RALLY RALLY!

D'oh, I was wondering what happened. You were flying according to the first stage time!!! 2nd O/A! But yeah, ditches negatively effect finishing positions.....unless you ditch it after the finish. :D

BRUCE!!! I have a GREAT idea......I'll even help you on this one! Take YOUR Spec Miata, and we'll transform it to a Rally car/Spec Miata, just a quick switch of a few parts here, more there, and you're good to go!

Brian, NO rwd rally cars for me, but thanks for the offer to butcher my SM :orgshifty:

Gord, $10K is above my budget. I have 2 race cars right now, and 1 will have to go to make any room.

I'd consider a FWD car but I think it will most likely be an AWD car as I dont want to ever beat the AWD field again using a FWD car. Thats not fair!

I've been looking at some cars in texas....

RWD is going to be bags of fun next year. Mal Swann is making his return in his RX7 and the boys are ready to cage their Volvo! Lots of E36es, 240s and other RWD cars showing up on the stages these days.

Great event. I need to go faster.

On the other hand, I like being able to drive home.
Better than the last time I was in the Audi. Its much
better to stop with the four wheels on the ground.

I had been thinking of not running next year. After the
first stage, that thought left... Hopefully, never to return.

Thanks to all the organizers and volunteers.

No really good shots in the lot - unless you like leaves. I should have found a better spot. Samples:

No way, Harold! There are some great shots in there! It was such a tight and technical course and the surface was pretty hard packed, there just wasn't the same full sideways action as on the Ledwidge Roads. Most places if you were full sideways you were going to find out what was waiting for you in that ditch!

Thanks for the shots as always!

After looking over the pictures of the cars and trees I would have to agree...the white, with black and blue, Volkswagen would have clashed with the foliage BUT the black and blue may have matched the occupants of the car after they clashed with the rocks next to the beautiful fall foliage !!! :?
